چکیده

This paper addresses the exponential stability of linear time-delay systems neutral type. In general, it is quite a challenge to establish conditions on parameters system in order guarantee such stability. Recent works emphasized link between maximal multiplicity and dominant roots. Indeed, for given multiple root be necessarily are investigated, this property known as Multiplicity-Induced-Dominancy (MID). The aim explore effect roots with admissible multiplicities exhibiting, under appropriate conditions, validity MID second-order differential equations single delay. ensuing control methodology summarized five-steps algorithm that can exploited design higher-order systems. main ingredient proposed method dominancy proof spectral values based frequency bounds established via integral equations. As an illustration, stabilization classical oscillator benefits from obtained results.

Oscillation Criteria for Damping Quasi-Linear Neutral Differential Equations with Distributed Deviating Arguments

In this paper, we investigate the oscillation criteria for damp quasi-linear neutral differential equations with distributed deviating arguments. By using the generalized Riccati transformation and integral averaging, several new criteria that ensure the oscillation of solutions are obtained. Our results not only include some previously known results, but apply to some damped differential equat...

Oscillation Criteria for Third-order Functional Differential Equations with Damping

This paper is a continuation of the recent study by Bohner et al [9] on oscillation properties of nonlinear third order functional differential equation under the assumption that the second order differential equation is nonoscillatory. We consider both the delayed and advanced case of the studied equation. The presented results correct and extend earlier ones. Several illustrative examples are...

Oscillation Theorems for Second Order Nonlinear Differential Equations with Damping

Some oscillation criteria for solutions of a general ordinary differential equation of second order of the form (r(t)ψ(x(t))ẋ(t))+h(t)ẋ(t)+q(t)φ(g(x(t)),r(t)ψ(x(t))ẋ(t)) = H(t,x(t), ẋ(t)) with alternating coefficients are discussed. Our results improve and extend some existing results in the literature. Some illustrative examples are given with its numerical solutions which are computed using R...

Oscillation of Second Order Half-linear Differential Equations with Damping

This paper is concerned with a class of second order half-linear damped differential equations. Using the generalized Riccati transformation and the averaging technique, new oscillation criteria are obtained which are either extensions of or complementary to a number of the existing results. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 34A30, 34C10.
